From 1 January 2024, when a garage works on a passenger vehicle or light commercial vehicle there is a legal obligation to forward the odometer reading and description of the work carried out to Car-Pass. Buyers will therefore get a more accurate picture of the vehicle’s history: Was it serviced regularly and on time? Were certain important (or expensive) parts replaced?
