Do you think there is an error on your Car-Pass? 

It is always possible. Garages can make mistakes or a typo when entering an odometer reading into Car-Pass. Usually it is quite clear that you are looking at an error rather than odometer fraud, if one too many or one too few numbers have been entered into the system for example. 

If you have any doubts, you can request a correction. If your request is found to be correct, we will amend the incorrect information. If the Car-Pass in question was still valid at the time we received your application, we will send you a new document free of charge, which will then remain valid for two months.
